Each of my 400-word property descriptions go so far beyond simply telling your guests how far the home is from the beach and how many people it sleeps. Each description is a story... of the sand between your toes, the warm sun caressing your shoulders, the misty ocean breeze blowing your hair away from your face and the taste of that cold beverage in your hand as you watch a fiery sunset dipping below the horizon.  

PHOTO CAPTIONS

Illustrate your photos with caption to more clearly describe the amenities of each area of the home. "Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, dual vanities and tiled walk-in shower" if far more enticing and attractive than "Master bath".
